11.2 To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a written request to the bb8ph Data Protection Officer via the contact details in Section 15. bb8ph will respond within the timeframes prescribed by the DPA — generally within 15 business days of receiving a verified request.
11.3 bb8ph may decline requests that would require the deletion of data that bb8ph is legally obligated to retain (such as KYC and transaction records required under anti-money laundering legislation), or requests that cannot be fulfilled without disproportionate effort. In such cases, bb8ph will explain the reason for the refusal in writing.
12.1 The bb8ph platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. bb8ph does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Account registration by minors is a violation of the bb8ph Terms & Conditions and applicable Philippine law.
12.2 If bb8ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 without verified parental or guardian consent, bb8ph will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.
12.3 Parents or guardians who suspect that a person under the age of 21 has registered an account or otherwise submitted personal data to bb8ph should contact the bb8ph Data Protection Officer immediately via the contact details in Section 15.
13.1 Some of bb8ph's service providers (including game content providers and KYC verification technology providers) may be located in countries outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to processors in other jurisdictions, bb8ph ensures that such transfers are conducted in accordance with the cross-border transfer requirements of the Philippine DPA and its IRR.
13.2 bb8ph implements contractual safeguards — including data processing agreements with standard data protection clauses — with all international service providers that receive Philippine personal data from bb8ph.
13.3 bb8ph does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that the National Privacy Commission has identified as providing an inadequate level of personal data protection without implementing additional appropriate safeguards.
14.1 bb8ph reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, or bb8ph's data processing practices.
