3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on bb8ph at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are identified, bb8ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any funds held therein that cannot be verified as legitimate deposits minus losses.
3.3 bb8ph operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, you are required to submit:

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bb8ph account credentials, including your username and password. All activities conducted through your account are deemed to be authorized by you.
4.2 bb8ph will never request your password through any communication channel including Live Chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from bb8ph and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bb8ph support immediately.
4.3 In the event you suspect unauthorized access to your bb8ph account, you must notify bb8ph immediately via Live Chat. bb8ph may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
4.4 bb8ph employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted during login and financial transactions. Session tokens expire automatically after a period of inactivity.
5.1 The minimum deposit amount on bb8ph is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status and will be displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
5.2 bb8ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine-native payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency protocols. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 Deposits made to bb8ph are for the sole purpose of funding real-money wagering activity on the platform. bb8ph does not accept deposits from persons who are not registered, KYC-verified account holders.
5.4 Deposited funds must originate from accounts or payment instruments owned and controlled solely by the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party funding sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source payment method.
5.5 bb8ph does not charge deposit fees for standard Philippine payment methods. However, your payment provider may impose fees that are outside bb8ph's control. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to network transaction fees.
5.6 bb8ph reserves the right to decline, reverse, or investigate any deposit that triggers fraud detection systems, anti-money laundering protocols, or otherwise appears inconsistent with the account's verified profile.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that are verified as being owned by the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
6.2 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification of the account is complete and approved. bb8ph strongly encourages Players to complete KYC verification promptly after registration rather than waiting until the time of the first withdrawal request.
6.3 bb8ph targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes, subject to verification status and any applicable bonus wagering requirements:

6.5 In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, bb8ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. bb8ph will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR regulatory investigations.
6.6 Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 deducted from the account balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be permanently closed after 24 months of inactivity. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or contact support to preserve account status.
7.1 bb8ph may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive structures to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of each promotion, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, bonus wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 35x), eligible games, maximum bet per round while wagering requirements remain active, time limit for wagering completion, and maximum withdrawal limit from bonus winnings.
7.2 Bonus Abuse. bb8ph operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new player bonuses more than once; using low-variance gaming strategies with the explicit intent of completing wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms; and providing false information to claim promotional offers. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, promotional winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
7.3 bb8ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been activated on a player account, earned bonus balances in progress will be honored subject to their stated terms at time of activation.
8.1 All games available on the bb8ph platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified by independent testing laboratories for randomness and statistical fairness. Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers and are not subject to bb8ph platform software modification.
8.2 Game outcomes are final once a game round has been completed and confirmed by the game server. Neither bb8ph nor the Player may retrospectively alter a game outcome. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the game provider's malfunction policy — typically voiding affected rounds and returning wagers to the Player's balance — shall govern the resolution.

10.2 During a self-exclusion period, bb8ph will not send promotional communications to the excluded account holder and will take reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the account.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in bb8ph's intellectual property.
11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any portion of bb8ph's platform materials without the prior written consent of bb8ph.
11.3 Third-party game content displayed on the bb8ph platform (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and other game provider assets) is the exclusive intellectual property of the respective providers. No license to third-party game intellectual property is granted to Players through these Terms.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bb8ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the bb8ph platform.
12.2 bb8ph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the net deposited amount in the Player's account in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) ₱50,000.
12.3 bb8ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or that it will be free of technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bb8ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 You may close your bb8ph account at any time by submitting a closure request to bb8ph support via Live Chat. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to verification requirements. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure request.
13.2 bb8ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, upon receipt of a regulatory instruction, or for any other reason that bb8ph determines, acting reasonably, justifies closure.
13.3 In the event of account closure initiated by bb8ph for reasons other than confirmed fraud or Terms violation, the verified real-money balance (net of active bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.1 bb8ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bb8ph will provide notice to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent on-platform notification, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the bb8ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bb8ph platform shall first be submitted to bb8ph's customer support team for good-faith resolution. The support team will acknowledge formal disputes within 5 business days and target resolution within 30 business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the Philippines, as applicable under PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine law.
15.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where circumstances warrant.
